In the realm of graphical user interfaces, we measure the responsiveness of a click or a tap action in tens of milliseconds. Anything longer than that feels broken and clunky. I have one non-trivial question for you: Laura Schaffer, Brian Balfour, Casey Winters Many companies want to join the AI race. LLM models look and sound like a smart product companions. But what does it mean for Product Analytics? 1/ If a company uses LLM via chat-bots it means that some product features will be encapsulated within the chat-bot. It means you can NOT track product feature usage anymore.  Instead of interface interaction, we need to track answer relevance within one product feature. 2/ Quick answers that any LLM model gives you users do not mean that the user solved his issues or at least got a satisfactory answer. Combined these points actually challenge product analytics as a well-defined & well-understood discipline. What do you think about this?
