    “You have so much to offer as the person you are right now” This quote deeply resonates with me today. As a career journey coach, I frequently engage with individuals navigating challenging phases in their careers. Whether it's coping with organisational changes, balancing family and work responsibilities, or feeling uncertain about their professional direction, I've seen firsthand how easy it is to overlook one's worth amidst adversity. I’m obviously a little biased here but I do believe that in such moments, coaching can be incredibly beneficial. As part of my JIGSAW Career Forward framework, the first phases I work with people on include: Journey: Reflecting on past successes and learning experiences. Identity: Understanding strengths, values, and passions, as well as how others perceive you. Goals: Clarifying purpose and identifying what truly energizes and fulfills you. I've witnessed how this can really be enlightening and help individuals feel much more positive and in a better mindset to then get clear on their next steps and feel confident in moving forward in their career journey.
