Have you ever considered how a single impression can define the reputation of an entire company?
During a recent lunch with one of my senior colleagues, she shared the story of how she chose en world Japan K.K. over another globally recognized recruitment company.
It all came down to the smallest yet most significant details—professionalism.
When she was interviewing for her current role, she filtered down her options to en world Japan K.K. and one of our competitors.
Both companies had strong reputations in the industry, but her experience with each was vastly different.
The interviewer from the competitor company arrived late, dressed casually, and spoke in an unprofessional manner.
It left her questioning whether this was the environment where she could envision her future.
In contrast, her interview at en world Japan K.K. was an entirely different experience.
The managers and team members were early, dressed professionally, and spoke with respect and clarity.
That attention to detail convinced her that en world Japan K.K. was a company that valued professionalism and represented the kind of environment she wanted to grow in.
This story reminded me of an important lesson: we don’t just represent ourselves—we represent our teams, our colleagues, and the companies that trust us to carry their name.
Sometimes, it’s the smallest actions that leave the biggest impressions.
How do you ensure that you’re representing your company in the best possible way? I'd love to hear your thoughts!

2dCareful with the guys. they have very fraudulent type of hotels in their lists and you end up paying for thigs you did not get. When complaining you get "Agoda Cash" offered as a compensation and this "Cash" expires within 6 month. As if a currency or cash has an expiry date ( where is this from ). They just stole my money and I will never book with these criminals again.
