Can You Spot the Fracture? Today, a patient came with a history of a twisting injury to the foot. We started with an X-ray, which appeared inconclusive. The patient later returned for a foot CT scan. I’m sharing both the X-ray image and a foot VXR video from the case. 👉 Challenge for radiographer and radiologist colleagues: Can you identify the fracture site based on the X-ray and CT scan? This case highlights how advanced imaging, like CT, can play a critical role in diagnosing subtle fractures that are not evident on plain X-rays.
