Another sneak peak of our year in review! 🔎 Last year, we developed our Fundamentals framework, setting out how we'll work with like-minded organisations to create the fundamental changes our public services need. This year, we asked our clients what objectives we supported them to meet in 2024, with Focus and Frame coming out on top. Here's a run down of our 8 objectives... ☑️ Focus: Supporting the public and third sector to focus on the 'right' problems, the areas where we can work together to make biggest impact. ☑️ Flock: Bringing the best organisations and people around the table, helping everyone understand the roles they each play in making change happen. ☑️ Frame: Developing a strong and true understanding of the problems from the outset, listening to a range of viewpoints and getting context. ☑️ Fuel: Finding ways to get resource into the problem, accessing funding and putting local statutory money where its likely to make the most impact. ☑️ Flex: Building strong, effective and fit for purpose, systems and processes that make it ‘easier to act’. ☑️ Form: Changing how we effectively design and construct services and ways of working, including the ways we ‘test and break’ ideas. ☑️ Fuse: Embedding these new ways of working and encouraging leaps in progress, making sure we don’t lose pace and champion this from within orgs. ☑️ Feel: Nurturing open cultures that give people the desire and ability to act, led by leaders who think positively and deliver with ambition and purpose. We'll be launching our full year in review, Capacity Wrapped, in mid-January. In the meantime, why not learn more about Capacity Fundamentals? ➡️ https://lnkd.in/eMnPxek9
