You've probably seen the first ever robot massage all over TikTok, so this is an honest review of what it's actually like and if it's worth it. First they give you an output to change into. It's basically a workout set to help the machine scan your body. Then you lay down and pick your massage type from a list of 10 and adjust your head height and armrest height. Next the robot scans your body and starts to massage. It moves slowly around your back and can move to your glutes and legs too. You can also adjust the pressure any point and see on screen where the robots massaging your body. A bunch of Equinox locations have this now and it definitely simulates a real massage for significantly cheaper, especially because you don't have to tip and you can book through an app kind of like. I really like the experience overall and think it's worth the price if you want massages more consistently and don't mind skipping the usual small experience, would you try this?
