The Aera team took to the water for our 2024 summer outing! We enjoyed a beautiful dinner cruise on the Charles River before heading through the locks at Charlestown and into Boston’s inner harbor to catch the sunset. There was plenty of fun and laughter amongst good company. It was a perfect way to unwind and connect outside of work.

I stumbled across my original cover letter from 15 March 2017 when I first applied to Elsby 🗓 ✨ It read: "Elsby attracts me because of the smaller nature of the firm with large ambitions and the support and emphasis given to employees to become all-rounded individuals. The care for clients is as important as employees, and the focus on personal as well as professional development shows me an ambitious firm that I would be proud to be part of." ⌛ Seven years later, I am excited to say that my observations have held true. Elsby has consistently demonstrated its commitment to growth, and my career journey is great proof of that, as well as that of others around me. It’s been a remarkable journey, and I’m incredibly proud to be part of this team. 🌱 At Elsby, our core values shape our interactions with clients and guide our internal culture. One of these values, 'Investing in Growth', emphasises the importance of dedicating time, effort, and energy to achieve meaningful and rewarding outcomes. 🚀 Although these values weren't explicitly defined when I first started, Ann Phillips has played a key role in helping us develop and articulate them. I am grateful to have witnessed this value in action and the positive impact it has had. 📽️ Watch the video below if you want to hear more from me, my journey, and thoughts on Elsby! 📽️ #InvestingInGrowth #CareerJourney #ProudToBePartOfIt #ProfessionalDevelopment #ClientCare #EmployeeGrowth #Throwback #7YearsAndCounting
Find out why Libby Shambrook ACA thought she'd never go into accounting following on from a disastrous work experience placement and how things have changed for her working at Elsby Chartered Accountants, in our new video 🔦 Work experience is something we value here at Elsby, it's so important for finding out more about yourself, finding out what inspires you, give you the chance to come up with career ideas and try them out and allows you to discover your strengths, values, motivations and interests! Last year we had two fabulous students spend a week with us (one of which is joining us as an apprentice later this summer!😁) and this year, we're thrilled to be welcoming more students into the office. You'll get to hear all about their experiences with us as we put them to work on writing us a blog ✍️ Watch this space! #recruitment #workexperience https://lnkd.in/e--8FJyz

Problem statement: the hardest part of human trial research is finding humans to take part. Our approach: fall in love with the problem, not the (old and tired) solution. We set up Research VIP to inform, excite and engage with volunteers about the many human trials we are conducting at Massey University. My team of students and interns (from around the world) are doing a wonderful job falling in love with the problem! Thank you for your passion, your energy and your commitment to help postgrad students complete their studies, reducing my stress levels for completing trials, and ultimately helping Kiwis lead healthier lives. Click here to find out more, join our database and become R-VIP: https://lnkd.in/gZNMQ_gC Will you R-VIP?! #researchVIP #health #research
🌟 Meet Our Team 🌟 At Research VIP, we’re more than just colleagues, we’re family. ❤️ Ajmol Ali, who values strong connections, has always emphasized the importance of building a family-like atmosphere where everyone’s ideas and contributions are valued. Beyond work, we strengthen our connections through shared activities like paddleboarding, pub quizzes, and enjoying drinks together, creating lasting memories as a team. As Henry Ford said, “Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success.” This quote reflects our philosophy: by supporting one another and working toward shared goals, we achieve greatness. 👥 From left to right: Max Pansier, Robyn Prince, Krutika Nanavati, Sam Murphy, Jessamie Lindley, Nell Powell, Lucy Twigger, and Lara Tolson.
