Challenge on! 🤠 I was recently given the trust in my current role to take additional responsibilities, so I am happy to share my new job title: Head of Talent Acquisition and Culture at KONUX But what is culture? Building a vibrant company culture is not a task for HR and leadership alone—it's a collective effort that thrives on the contributions of every team member. It's a living, evolving force built together. So definitely it will not be an easy journey. But easy is not something that I am looking for. There are so many things to work on, like building social capital, embracing and promoting diversity, having responsive leadership or encouraging employees to bring their full selves at work. But one thing SHOULD stand out from others: COLLECTIVE RESPONSIBILITY - when we all take responsibility of our collective values and practices. Let the journey begin :)

Stepping onto the dance floor for the first time can feel intimidating - especially in line dancing, where every step counts and you fear missing a beat. But just like overcoming the fear of dancing, implementing a global facility management software at ALDI requires a leap of faith, practice, and teamwork. But when you face that fear and embrace the challenge, you discover the rhythm—streamlining processes, increasing efficiency, and empowering teams across regions. The key? Collaboration and trust in the system. From small improvements to major milestones, every effort aligns to create something greater. Here's to embracing change, stepping out of our comfort zones, and dancing through challenges with confidence. Let’s keep moving forward together! 🚀 #ChangeManagement #Teamwork #Innovation #FacilityManagement #ALDI

🌟𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 & 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺💪 My first reaction to ALDI's move challenge this year? "I'll pass!" 🙅♂️ But hey, it was this kind of decision just because there is this and that to do anyway.. Familiar to anyone? 🤔 So when a team member directly invited me to join her team, I reconsidered my decision. 🤝 And although I joined the challenge late, and honestly, my enthusiasm fades from time to time, I am very happy about it. 😊 My colleagues' encouragement and our team's internal competition consistently rekindle my drive. 🔥 And soon, our team (go Rhinos!) was rushing up the leaderboard. 🦏💨 So don't simply accept your own excuses. 🚫 With the right motivation and challenge, you can get (things) moving. 🏔️ This simple experience illustrates how we at #ALDIInternationalServices 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 and even foster each other's wellbeing in unexpected ways. 💪 And this also translates 1:1 to our daily work: 📊 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗱𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 – 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿. 🌱 And as a Chapter Lead, I cultivate and nurture this culture in our organisation. 🌿 A fellow that I once met on a multi-day hike said: "𝙄𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙜𝙤 𝙛𝙖𝙨𝙩, 𝙜𝙤 𝙖𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙚. 𝙄𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙜𝙤 𝙛𝙖𝙧, 𝙜𝙤 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙨." 🚶♂️🚶♀️🚶 Have you ever hesitated to join a workplace initiative, only to find it rewarding? Or has your team ever motivated you to discover a path you hesitated to take? 💬 #Motivation #MoveChallenge #ALDITechfluencers #TeamworkMakesTheDreamWork

That’s what I feel one of more important things in Starbucks, the social impact and Belonging sense. It’s really hard to see that in companies nowadays and I think that it should be followed for all big companies.
Starbucks, alongside the Starbucks Indigenous Network are celebrating Native American Heritage Month centered on the theme "Weaving Our Future Tapestry Together." Meet Bob, a district manager from Texas and the co-chair of the South Central Indigenous Network chapter. "It took me about six months to realize how important the networks (employee resource groups) were to the company and in the stores. It's not just about what we do inside our four walls every day. It's also trying to hopefully pass along to others what's possible out there. My Great Grandfather was a very proud Cherokee nation member and shared a lot of values with us. Throughout Native American Heritage Month and beyond, we need to keep Indigenous heritage education front and center and provide a space to be educated along this journey." For our people, by our people, Partner Networks create moments of connection that promote diversity, foster inclusion and contribute to our personal and professional success. Through networking, intercultural events, leadership roles and moments of service to our communities, networks are an endless opportunity of growth. #ToBeAPartner

If you’re the smartest person in the room, you’re in the wrong room. Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to the incredible team that I work with at Walmart. Each of them have pushed my thinking in new ways that they probably aren’t aware of. And truth is: I’m never the smartest in the room. While some may view that as a weakness, It’s actually the best part about my job. Because every day, I learn new skills. Every day, I’m challenged to grow. Make sure to surround yourself with people who push you, who make you question what you think you know. And remember, The best teams don’t just work together—they grow together.

Recognizing and appreciating the incredible efforts of our dedicated workforce is crucial to our success. Their unwavering commitment propels us forward. One powerful way to foster appreciation and camaraderie within our teams is through team meals at work. These gatherings not only provide an opportunity for our staff to come together and enjoy a delicious meal, but they also strengthen the bonds between colleagues. By organizing regular team meals, we can create an atmosphere of anticipation and excitement among our employees. This simple gesture goes a long way in boosting morale, enhancing motivation, and ultimately driving improved performance, increased income, and higher job satisfaction. It's a win-win situation for everyone involved. As leaders, we can embrace the concept of having meals together and make them a regular part of our company culture. Let's seize this opportunity to empathize with the hard work and challenges faced by our dedicated teams. Together, we can create an environment where every employee feels valued, supported, and inspired to reach new heights.

I have always believed and affirmed that the success of a company is, to a large extent, due to the hard work and dedication of the team. Yes, other factors are also essential, but if your people are not motivated, if they don't find a purpose in their work, they won't be productive. This is why I strongly believe that one of the most valuable aspects of an organization is team spirit. I am proud to say that at Kaufland, we have managed to build the best team. 😊 It hasn't been easy, and the work is not over, because it is an ongoing process where we try to maintain an environment where all employees feel appreciated, respected, and valued, and where people feel safe and encouraged to grow personally and professionally. I believe that at Kaufland, we have succeeded in creating this place, and the proof is in our performance and the company's evolution. I conclude by thanking my colleagues who inspire, challenge, and motivate me daily. I leave here a picture/some pictures of some members of the best team. #Kaufland #KauflandRomania #TeamKaufland #TeamWork #Succes

Imagine if Starbucks were to acquire Dunkin' to create a coffee mega-brand. For today's head-to-head, we're going to look at the cultural compatibility of the 2 largest coffee outlets in the US. Where do the 2 cultures appear to be well-aligned? What cultural incompatibilities might need to be carefully managed? ✅ Cultural Alignment: Culture appears to be well-aligned in the areas of Collaboration (a common cultural strength), Supportive Leadership, Empowerment, Agility and Purpose (the last 4 being pain-points for both companies). ⚠️ Cultural Incompatibilities: The largest cultural differences are observed in the areas of Progressive Mindset (Starbucks employees do not feel that Starbucks is innovative) and Diversity & Inclusion (Starbucks scores significantly more positive for this topic than Dunkin'). ⭐ Employee Value Proposition (EVP): Analysis suggests that Starbucks employees are far more positive about their EVP than Dunkin' employees. Any Dunkin' employees joining Starbucks through a hypothetical acquisition may expect to see positive improvements in Learning & Development, Workplace Technology, Pay & Rewards and Career Progression. Does one Company personality have more success in the long run or short run? Or does one Company personality just suit a certain person more than another? What impact are you having develop your Company culture? #Deltabase #CultureExperts #EmployeeExperience #CompanyPersonality #CultureBenchmarking #Culture #CultureTransformation #CompanyBenchmarking #CompetitorIntelligence https://lnkd.in/ewP7ZnaC

At Stabucks Alshaya we’re not doing something different, we are just doing something meaningful.. The truth is, doing something meaningful doesn’t require a radical shift or a grand gesture. It simply requires intention. When we bring purpose to our actions—whether it’s the way we listen, the way we share, or the way we approach our work—everything becomes more significant. In Starbucks, we’re not necessarily doing something different from others, but we are choosing to make these everyday encounters count. It’s about cultivating relationships, nurturing creativity, and being present in a world that often pulls us in too many directions. So, perhaps the greatest thing we can do isn’t to seek out the extraordinary, but to recognize the profound potential within the moments we often take for granted. It’s not about changing what we do; it’s about changing how we do it—and making it meaningful. In Starbucks, or anywhere, this is where true inspiration begins. #tobeapartner #starbucks #thirdplace
