How Can You Automate Your Christmas Google Ads for Maximum Impact? Christmas campaigns don’t have to mean late nights or manual tweaks. Here’s the step-by-step process to automate your Google Ads for the holiday season: 1. Duplicate Your Current Ads: Update headlines with Christmas messaging. Update descriptions with festive offers. Update URL paths to seasonal pages. 2. Pause New Ads: Keep them ready but inactive for now. 3. Create Labels: Label your regular ads: ‘CURRENT ADS 2024’ Label your Christmas ads: ‘XMAS ADS 2024’ 4. Set Up Automation Rules: Rule 1: Pause regular ads and activate Christmas ads when the season starts. Rule 2: Reverse the process when the campaign ends. Not on my 2024 BINGO card: Getting a $31.03 ROAS in one day from Facebook ads with a $4 ticket offer That means my clients got $31 back for every $1 they spent on ads (I know, you have to pinch and zoom... I promise it's there!) We’ve been running this campaign for my clients just shy of one month Have maxed out our budget and Results. Keep. Getting Better! We got no sales on our first day running ads But quickly grew to $9 back for every $1 spent Then $12 And just hit $31.03 back for every $1 spent on ads Now (sigh) tickets are almost sold out. So we’ll soon say goodbye to this campaign. It’s been REAL! Real Fun. Real Awesome. A Real Money-Maker.
