My visit to the AIR EXPO ABU DHABI was a remarkable experience, showcasing cutting-edge advancements in aviation and aerospace. A standout moment was seeing Autocraft’s revolutionary eVTOL concept, the E20+, designed to redefine urban air mobility with zero-emission propulsion and advanced connectivity, perfectly aligning with the UAE’s vision for sustainable transportation. I had a productive discussion with Rashed Al Mohtadi, Marketing Manager at Autocraft, who shared valuable insights and inspired us as future engineers. We also discussed potential collaborations, including a future workshop with Autocraft to explore their innovative projects. At The Sanad Group we explored how to gain the knowledge and experience needed to support the UAE’s growth in the aerospace sector. Another memorable moment was my conversation with Captain Saeed Alhashmi, an experienced pilot, where we exchanged perspectives on engine components. While I explained the engineering side of their operation, Captain Alhashmi shared valuable insights from a pilot's viewpoint, bridging the gap between technical design and practical application.
