Michael, As we reflect on the past two years, we are reminded that even the most wonderful journeys must come to a pause, if only for a little while. It’s with mixed emotions that we say goodbye for now, but we want to take this moment to express our heartfelt gratitude. Thank you for placing your trust in ACCESS and allowing us the privilege to work alongside you. We know you had many choices, and we are truly honored that you chose us as your partner. Your belief in our team has meant the world to us. Your dedication and excellence as a provider have set a remarkable standard, and we are grateful for every moment we’ve shared. As you go back to Topeka, we hope it brings you joy and fulfillment. Remember, you will always have a home here at Access. Don’t be a stranger! Wishing you all the best, The ACCESS Team

🎉 Today is our little birthday! SIA "Spredd" is officially registered in the company register, and for me and Samanta, this means so much more than just a formality. 💛 For some, it might seem like just another date or an entry in a database, but looking back at where we were about a year ago, this day feels truly special. I remember conversations with friends where I shared my future ambitions, saying: “I no longer see myself working alone. There’s a team. There are bigger goals. You’re not limited by the capacity of one person.” Back then, it felt like a distant idea that might be hard to achieve, but today it’s our reality. With a few failed attempts in the past and, most importantly, the right person by my side, it’s finally happening. 🙌 Meeting Samanta marked the beginning of a new chapter – we don’t just think; we do. And our main focus? Creating video content for social media! 📹🎬 Ideas are becoming reality. The first results are inspiring. Plans are in place, and they’re driving us forward. Most importantly, we feel a deep sense of satisfaction with both the process and the results. We’re celebrating the small victories and moving forward – with new goals, creativity, and the power of teamwork! 🥂💫 A heartfelt thank you to everyone who supports and inspires us! 💬 What are your small (or big) victories? Share them with us below! ⬇️

That's such a thoughtful reflection! Building relationships on trust and shared values is crucial for personal and professional growth. Surrounding ourselves with people who hold us accountable, challenge us, and push us beyond our comfort zones can truly propel us to new heights. It’s so true that while we may not always see these important individuals every day, it’s essential to maintain those connections and check in on multiple aspects of life—work, family, and personal well-being. It’s a powerful reminder of the value of both collaboration and meaningful relationships in all facets of life.
Found this picture in the archives 🙂 Now that I reflect on the past decade, I can't help but feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the journey we've shared together in this industry. From our humble beginnings to the milestones we've achieved, it's been nothing short of an incredible adventure. It feels like just yesterday when we first crossed paths, young and ambitious, eager to make our mark in the industry. Little did we know that our chance encounters would blossom into a friendship that has withstood the test of time. Through the highs and lows, the victories and setbacks, we've been each other's pillars of strength and unwavering support. Whether it was late-night brainstorming sessions or celebrating our triumphs over a round of drinks, every moment spent together has been etched into the tapestry of our friendship. What truly sets our bond apart is not just our shared professional journey but the camaraderie and trust that have flourished over the years. We've witnessed each other's growth, celebrated each other's successes, and lent a helping hand during times of need. As we mark this milestone of more than a decade in the industry, let's take a moment to cherish the memories we've created and the hurdles we've overcome together. Here's to many more years of friendship, collaboration, and continued success. Thank you for being more than just colleagues; thank you for being lifelong friends. P.S let the Year end parties never end 😄 Avikar SoofulDarren LateganTrishal SoofulByron Ilsley

2024 has been all about embracing the chaos, and realizing that career goals, motherhood, and community projects aren’t rivals, but a surprisingly good team. Between growing iubenda’s Italian market and welcoming Baby n°3, this year proved that professional momentum doesn’t stop, it just learns to multitask. Some moments that made me laugh (and learn): • At iubenda we didn’t just grow our presence; we made GDPR less scary. Turning legal jargon into simple solutions might not win me a party invite, but it works wonders for businesses. • I became a certified Nutrition Coach. Why? Because balancing carbs and proteins felt like a fun break from balancing business strategies, and surprisingly similar. • Running APE Rothschild, for the third school year round, taught me that organizing a school tombola can feel like a full-on business pitch… except with more glitter and fewer spreadsheets. As 2025 approaches, I’m ready to take it all on: growing iubenda, surviving (and loving) life as a mom of three, and proving that even GDPR can be fun… sort of. To anyone out there trying to do it all: keep laughing, keep adapting, and embrace the glorious mess. It’s where the magic happens.

This Thanksgiving, let’s remember to thank someone we often overlook: ourselves. In business and life, it’s easy to focus on what’s next without acknowledging how far we’ve come. If you’ve taken steps to grow—attending events, networking, improving your skills, or making bold moves to elevate your career or business—take a moment to celebrate that. This Thanksgiving, I encourage you to not only be grateful for others but to also reward yourself for your efforts. Whether it’s taking a well-deserved break, reflecting on your accomplishments, or planning the next exciting step, remember that you’ve earned it. Here’s to resilience, dedication, and a bright future ahead. Happy Thanksgiving! #HappyThanksgiving

When people refer or recommend you to others, don't fail to keep them updated with progress. It shows how grateful you are. Secondly, it depicts transparency and credibility. Thirdly, it helps to build trust and connection between you and that person. Lastly, it opens new doors for you, because if someone feels you properly appreciated what they did for you, it's easier for them to recommend or refer you over and over again. ____ As simple as this sounds, doing this can make a HUGE difference in your life, your business, your job, or in your career. I know a lot of you are guilty of what I just shared above, but it's fine because I've been guilty of it in the past, and I learned. So, let's do a little exercise right away. If you were recommended or referred by someone over the past few weeks, or months, and you failed to update them about the progress of what they recommended or referred you for, kindly stop reading this, and drop them a message now. Whether what they referred you for—worked out or not, just drop an update right away for them. As little as that seems, it would change ALOT, trust me. Welcome to a new week. To your success! _ Nonso Armani.

I’m sure the sentiment of having to do more with less resonates with colleagues throughout HE, so my thought for today is: When you can’t do a lot do what you can. As someone heading up a team in an organisation as complex as Universities are you sometimes can’t give positive answers to the questions you’re being asked. But what you can do is make time to review the way you and your teams are doing things to see if there are any changes you can implement to make tasks and processes a little more bearable. You can make time to listen to the team even if you don’t have the answers they are searching for. And most importantly you can always find time to say thank you. Not just to your team but making sure colleagues outside of the team who are supporting them receive thanks for what they do. Because we’re all in the same big HE boat together.
