I’ve found a better gift than money this holiday season. 🎁 I know, I know I'm not christian to celebrate, but who doesn't like presents? C'mon! ok, It's not another gorgeous piece of tech or a gift card. For 2025, I’m giving myself the following: 1. The gift of NOT ignoring my SPAM emails. (more than 50 leads lost this year🥲) 2. The gift of not comparing myself to others. 3. The gift of saying "no" to over-scheduling. 4. The gift of rest. no guilt, just naps. 5. The gift of celebrating small wins (very important) 6. The gift of gratitude for my team, clients, and all the good stuff. 🫰🏼 7. The gift of NOT setting unnecessary goals for 2025. If a member attends 16 or more classes in that month they're put in a drawing for a prize. Usually a gift card, massage or cash. If that member attends 16+ classes three months in a row we get them a custom tee. We use this to signify their devotion to their fitness and overall health. It's so important to address those who are putting in the consistent work. Showing up when they don't want to. Being present when they want to be on the couch. Consistency over everything. Celebrate wins. Express gratitude.
