🌟 Transforming Hospitality: My Vision to Make Everyone Feel Welcome 🌟 Two years ago, I booked the presidential suite at a top-tier hotel to celebrate my birthday. I was expecting an extraordinary experience, but it was anything but that. When I asked the hotel manager why they called it the presidential suite, he didn’t have an answer. I told him it’s because presidents, celebrities, and dignitaries would stay there, and just because I wasn’t one of those people didn’t mean I should be treated poorly. At that moment, I vowed to transform hospitality to ensure everyone feels welcome, appreciated, and valued when staying at my hotels. Here’s how I plan to make this vision a reality: Personalized Service: Imagine arriving at a hotel where the staff greets you by name and remembers your favorite drink. These small, thoughtful touches can transform a stay from good to extraordinary. My goal is to make every guest feel special and recognized. Inclusive Environment: I envision hotels that celebrate all cultures, backgrounds, and identities, ensuring everyone feels at home. Diversity and inclusion will be at the heart of our hospitality, turning our spaces into welcoming havens for all. Exceptional Comfort: From luxurious bedding to state-of-the-art amenities, I want to prioritize comfort in every detail. My aim is to provide a restful and rejuvenating stay for all our guests, making comfort a top priority. Sustainability: I’m committed to eco-friendly practices that not only protect our planet but also create a healthier environment for our guests. Sustainable living will be a core principle, benefiting both our guests and the Earth. Community Engagement: I want our hotels to be more than just places to stay; they should be vibrant parts of the local community. By supporting local businesses, hiring locally, and creating spaces where guests can connect with the local culture, we’ll build strong, meaningful relationships. This vision is the start of an incredible journey, and I’m excited to bring it to life. I look forward to the day when I can welcome you to one of our hotels, where every guest will be a valued member of our extended family. Together, we can redefine hospitality and make every stay memorable. If you share this vision or have ideas to make it even better, let’s connect! I’d love to hear your thoughts and collaborate on transforming the hospitality industry. #HotelHannah #Hospitality #CustomerExperience #InclusiveTravel #HotelManagement #SustainableLiving #CommunityEngagement

Experience and not Location. Thats the key search for vacations in present times! Along with it comes an important metric and shift from RevPAR to TRevPAR. How have you factored this in? A report by Spa Opportunities reveals a major trend: wellness hotels are outperforming the competition! The data shows a significant increase in TRevPAR (Total Revenue Per Available Room) across all wellness hotel categories in 2023. Interestingly, minor wellness hotels saw the biggest jump - a whopping 26%! This suggests a growing demand for accessible wellness experiences.
