I’ve been having some great conversations with our tour providers today about what our guests are looking for as they plan their next adventures. A few key things really stood out. First, booking security is a big priority. Travelers want to know that their payments are secure and that they’re dealing with providers who are up to date with all the necessary package travel requirements. It’s not just about booking a trip; it’s about peace of mind. Another point that kept coming up is the desire for a more personal experience during the booking process. People don’t just want to be another customer—they want to feel like their trip is being tailored specifically for them, from the moment they click ‘book.’ Finally, there’s a strong interest in staying connected with other travelers. Our guests value the sense of community that comes from meeting others who share their love of adventure. They’re looking for ways to connect before, during, and even after their trips.
