Change Reflects New Beginnings for Revolution Bars Group The Revolution Bars Group has officially announced a name change to The Revel Collective. This rebranding comes after a period of significant disruption and uncertainty, highlighting a shift towards a fresher, more encompassing identity for the business. Operating well-known entities such as Revolución de Cuba, Revolution, and Peach Pubs, the new name aims to better represent the diversity and essence of the group as it stands today. CEO Rob Pitcher has emphasised that the renaming signifies a hopeful new chapter. "The change of name to The Revel Collective signals a fresh start and better reflects the businesses and brands within the group today, which includes Peach Pubs and Founders & Co.," he said. This reorganisation follows the group's decision to end a formal sale process in May 2024 after an unsuccessful attempt to sell the company, leading to the implementation of a new restructuring plan. For those within the organisation, this change is anticipated to bring stability and new opportunities. The updated website, therevelcollective.com, will provide all necessary information as required by AIM Rule 26. This new identity is not just about rebranding but also about focusing on growth, team development, and delivering positive value to all stakeholders. Here's to new beginnings and a promising future for The Revel Collective. #BusinessTransformation #UKHospitality #RebrandingSuccess

At yondr, we're in the business of turning the impossible into the I-can't-believe-this-is-real. Our collaboration with McDonald's on their global convention in Barcelona was no exception. We were on a mission: to blend the latest in technology with a pinch of yondr creativity to craft an experience that's as delicious visually as McDonald's is to the palate. Here's the secret sauce of our project: Interactive Mixed Reality: We used #AppleVisionPro to engage attendees at the show, showcasing a variety of McDonald's building types and how they could layout on a site, each rendered in full spatial flavor. A Side of Physical Engagement: To bridge the gap between the digital and the physical, we crafted 3D models that attendees could interact with via iPads at the convention. It was about making different architectural models tangible, one tap at a time. This collaboration was more than just another project. It was a testament to the power of innovation and technology coming together on one platform. And here's what we learned from cooking up this tech-savvy feast: Innovation is more than just a buzzword at yondr. It's our bread and butter, especially when it comes to creating experiences that resonate on a whole new level. With McDonald's, we didn't just dream about what could be; we showcased a reality that brings technology into the spatial layout of restaurants. Engagement was key. By blending digital wonders with physical models, we provided a full-course meal of interaction that left attendees hungry for more. And that is exactly what we do: we help our clients build deeper connections. This is just the beginning of our journey at yondr. We're all about exploring, innovating, and, most importantly, inspiring. So, what do you say? Ready to join us on this adventure? Thank you for your trust Nika Samedova Silke Korporal Kathleen Kincer 🙏

A lot has been written on the Sazerac Company acquisition of Buzzballz, LLC / Southern Champion. Important takeaway here for founders is that BuzzBall built a business that: -was based on sustainable business growth rather than building a business only for exit (i.e. raise cash, burn cash, repeat) -had a committed and engaged founder willing to put in the work -was not "on trend" when they launched but "ahead of the trend" -brought something truly unique relative to what was available https://lnkd.in/gw_xuRX6

In a recent The Drum article, Oreo showcased a groundbreaking approach to cultural strategy, demonstrating that connecting with unique cultural spaces can drive deep engagement, even in unexpected locations. By partnering with local chicken shops across the UK, Oreo tapped into a beloved cultural institution, bridging their brand to communities in authentic, accessible ways. This strategy illustrates how well-placed partnerships can leverage everyday spaces to create memorable interactions—especially within the heart of local culture. At Glass Ladder Group, we view this as a masterclass in creative positioning. Oreo’s approach shows that brands don’t need to reinvent the wheel; instead, they can find their audience by meeting them where they already are. For our clients, it’s a powerful reminder of the value of connecting with the fabric of local culture to spark organic conversations and build lasting brand presence. 👉 https://lnkd.in/gvCCQqTx #BrandEngagement #CulturalStrategy #GlassLadderGroup

When is the right time to think about growing into a big brand? How about today? There are fundamentals to creating sustainable, scalable, de-risked growth that will make your business more effective today - and set you up for becoming a big business down the road. Standardizing your product for scalability, for example. Or building systems for decision-making, rather than leaving your IP locked up in your head. Bud hasn't really changed its formula since about 1975. Big Macs haven't changed since, well, forever. Big brands become big brands by shifting their thinking from constant product optimization / customization, to brand thinking - that is, building emotional, trusting relationships with mainstream consumers. Wondering how you can get there? Even if you're running a craft brewery with one beer, you can get started today. I'm happy to chat about it. #brandsinvestorslove #growthstrategy #brandstrategy #businesssstrategy

Just wrapped up the Wakefern Food Corp. Keynote at Founders' Innovation Day in NYC (ECRM), where Pat Mooney, Vice President of HBC & Non-Foods, shared insightful perspectives on their unique retailer owned cooperative model. Wakefern, with ownership groups like Saker ShopRites, Inc., Inserra Supermarkets, Inc., and Greenfield's ShopRite, runs multiple banners including ShopRite and PriceRite, and has expanded into owning Fairway Markets and Fresh Grocers. 🌟 Key Takeaways: - Supporting Small Businesses: Wakefern’s model is tailored to help small businesses excel in a big business world, challenging the status quo of relying solely on heritage brands. - Fostering Emerging Brands: The importance of nurturing new brands is paramount for keeping the retail experience fresh and engaging. - Supplier Engagement: Wakefern looks for brands that can articulate their customer connection, uniqueness, and collaborative potential. - Strategic Planning: Emphasizing the importance of joint business planning, whether quarterly or annually, to ensure alignment on goals. - Valuing Honest Dialogue: Pat promotes healthy conflict for better outcomes, advocating for directness and transparency over polite superficiality. - Pat also shared exciting updates about Wakefern's expansion plans under new leadership, including potential growth into the continental US and abroad, highlighting wholesale as a significant opportunity. This panel was particularly pertinent for us at Wild Bill’s Craft Beverage Co. since we're one of only 10 finalists chosen to pitch at ShopRite's Local Supplier Summit this Friday out of over 300 applicants! We'll be presenting at their HQ in Edison. I had a chance to chat with Pat for some advice on our pitch, and he emphasized the importance of finding the perfect mix between compelling storytelling and solid sales data. As Wakefern gears up for some big moves, it’s an awesome time for suppliers to jump in and ride the wave with this powerhouse retailer. What’s your take on how Wakefern is shaking up retail and teaming up with suppliers? Let’s chat in the comments! #retail #innovation #cpg #beverage #grocery RangeMe Joseph Tarnowski Wayne Bennett Sarah Davidson
