A culture that defaults to "yes" is one where possibilities thrive. At Accelerant, it’s not about pointing out problems—it’s about working together to solve them. It’s a mindset that drives everything we do, from supporting our Members to building tools that reshape insurance for the better. As our CEO Jeff Radke puts it: "The best company cultures default to 'yes.' Focusing on solutions, not problems. Figuring things out — together." This approach fuels collaboration, creativity, and growth—not just for Accelerant, but for the entire community of specialty underwriters we support. What does a "default to yes" culture look like in your world? How do you encourage your team to focus on solutions instead of problems? Drop your thoughts in the comments—we’d love to hear them.
