I’m always telling my team: get to where you want to be—faster. Corporate thinking says to sandbag your deals, keep that pipeline steady to hit your targets every month. In reality, this is just playing it safe and buying into the corporate game. If that’s you, my advice is simple: STOP!  Be the one celebrated for having the best month ever in your company’s history. Unless you're consistently breaking your own records, scrap “consistent” from your goals.  Consistency makes managers look good, not your bank account. You need to be pushing hard, hustling, and fighting for more—to build a life, take care of your family, and reach the next level. As an owner, I love consistently hitting our company-wide numbers, but I love when it's done by folks having their best month ever. Quit sandbagging your deals and have your best month....Every...Single..Month!
