Celebrating a Decade of Greatness! 🎉🎈 Friends, followers, and loyal customers! Today, we are here to celebrate a spectacular milestone: our 10th anniversary as a company! 🥳🎊 Yes, you read that right! Ten years filled with laughter, challenges, and above all, success! From our humble beginnings, we've embarked on adventures that could rival the best Hollywood movies. 🎬✨ Remember when we started in the garage next to the grandmother of diaper pants, with just a tabletop lathe and a bunch of crazy ideas? Well, since then, we've grown bigger than that bunch of crazy ideas, and that's saying a lot! We've faced more obstacles than we can count: from technical issues that made us sweat more than a marathon in the desert, to emergency meetings that kept us up until the wee hours of the night. But each challenge has made us stronger, more resilient, and, well, sometimes a bit grayer due to stress, but that doesn't matter! We keep moving forward! However, it hasn't all been hard work and tears (though there were some of those too). We've shared moments of pure joy and camaraderie. So here we are, raising our cups of coffee (or tea, or juice, or whatever makes you smile in the mornings!) to toast to another 10 years of successes, challenges, and above all, fun. Last Friday was filled with big smiles! 🏌🎄 Competing in minigolf with these amazing colleagues made it impossible to be in a bad mood. Our Christmas Party at Unify Partners also marked a special milestone for me: my first year with UP. The saying “time flies when you’re in good company” couldn’t be more true. ✨ While Christmas and New Year might just be random dates, the time always prompts me to look back. Obviously, not everything ever goes as planned, but focusing on the positives and allowing myself to feel grateful brings me so much energy. So here it is! 🎉 Some of the milestones, we've reached in 2024, that fills me with pride are: - Defining our Core DNA as the foundation for future growth - Establishing our joint Strategy25 for sustainable growth - Enhancing our service offerings with talented people and expertise in AI & Analytics, ESG & sustainability, and Supply Chain Excellence (you know, who you are) - Professionalizing our ways of working, both in people processes and in our services to customers - All the initiatives on being a great place to work: engagement dialogues, team workshops, and not least social events - Achieving a stable and sustainable growth of approximately 20-25% with an amazing team Being part of a scale-up company is incredibly energizing, and I'm already looking forward to my next year. It’s no secret that this has been a tough year for most businesses — navigating a challenging economy and shifting markets has required resilience, focus, and adaptability from every corner of our team. But I’m proud to share that despite the headwinds, we managed to achieve 15% growth. The journey over the past year has re-emphasised a few things for me. 1. How important working together and supporting each other is - both as an internal team and in collaboration with our clients. 2. How important it is to embrace change and continuously learn and adapt - innovation is absolutely key. 3. How important good digital experience, that has a positive impact, is in the world. Now more than ever, companies are searching for ways to connect meaningfully and effectively with their customers. Our human-centric approach combined with innovation across everything we do, has allowed us to continue to thrive and deliver real impact. As we look ahead, I’m very excited about the opportunities - for our clients, our team and our industry (and beyond). Here’s to leaning in, trying to make a positive impact, and dare I say it, enjoying the experience (mostly) even during challenging times!

Beyond A-Mazing - the highs and lows of this job can be difficult to explain and often people (candidates and clients) don't value the role of a professional Consultant enough - to receive the recognition and appreciation is often under-rated in this industry. Celebrating the 'slow wins' I'm results focused, but I'm allergic to the phrase 'Let's get some quick wins!' "Quick wins" can all too easily mean, 'let's avoid anything too challenging' or focus on what we really need to do, or 'don't bother to work properly with others.' For me, this is very different to the most excellent notion of failing fast - and celebrating failures is really important, as we often learn more from these experiences. As we head to this Christmas holiday period, I'm reflecting on how my stellar team has avoided the "quick" and delivered meaningful, connected, collaborative (often challenging) but sustained purposeful mahi that will make a long-term difference. 🎉 Celebrating a Milestone! 🎉 We are thrilled to celebrate Peter Hanzel‘s 20th anniversary with in our company! Over the past two decades, his dedication, expertise, and commitment have been crutial in our success. Thank you, Peter, for your remarkable contributions and unwavering loyalty. We are sure we have a lot of achievements and growth still together in front of us! Curious to know why Peter stayed with us for 20 years? Here is his answer😊 I can summarize it in 3 reasons - ordered by priority - 1. the team, 2. non-monotonous work, 3. option to choose my own path. The team makes you feel at work like on a friend event. Of course there are ups and downs, but even in downs team was there to help to get out of the ... it.  [😉]  The work was always interesting, sometimes more challenging, sometimes more annoying and of course sometimes a little monotonous as at any other work. What also helped a lot that most of my team leads have aIways acted as one of us. I started as a developer, changed to a consultant, then become a consulting manager to end up on a position of a product manager mainly of SNP DTS and CB Shell Creator. ...a campfire/beer stories could be told  [🙂] #Anniversary #Milestone #Teamwork

Some dates are always special such as today, the date when we launched Silver Talkies Club six years ago in 2018, based on the inputs from attendees of our events. They wanted to meet more often, know their co-participants better and have more fun and engaging opportunities. Hence Silver Talkies Club was born in a time and age when active ageing, loneliness and isolation among older adults were not spoken about or discussed much in our country. I was in fact told by many peers that I was playing in a small niche field. Fast forward to 2024, almost every new player in the senior care space is looking at addressing similar issues with similar models. Did we start too early or did they start too late? I think it is immaterial for as they say that all's well that ends well. What is most heartening for me is to note that in the pic below all the people who became members in 2018 are still members in 2024, with the exception of one member whom we lost a few months ago.
