How to become a winner in your life?🤫 From Teenage we always heard that , the FRONT BENCHERS are always going to top in the exams and the BACKBENCHERS , are going to top in the life😌 Ha ha ha...😂 correct one✅ Well , my journey of class 12 was like that, I have alots of dream ...like securing my professional life, my dream car , my dream house ,,,blah blah😅 But in succeeding class 12 with CBSE markable percentage i.e. 94.20 , is only done by this motivational quote👇 WINNERS NEVER QUIT 🚀 QUITTERS NEVER WIN🚀 After finding the real meaning of this quote, I realized that front benchers can also top in their life by these unstoppable steps: •Become a Learner🦸 •Take Risks✅ •Stay Focused 🎯 •Set Priorities 🏆 •Don't be Afraid to Fail👀 •Don't quit❌ BTW these were that 6 principle, I followed to just get a photo on newspaper on my result day.. and I did that!🤪 #topper #aspirants #cbsetopper #boardsexam #frontbenchers #motivation #motivationalquotes #howtowin

A totally inspired day yesterday at the London #nfl, the Jacksonville Jaguars came from behind to ease with a 32-16 win over the New England Patriots in London. International Business and Executive Management Group Limited had their company day at Wembley, it was an action packed day full of fun! As #executiveleaders, it’s easy to get moving on the next thing before we celebrate our successes and achievements, especially the small wins. Celebration honors the work that has been done and shows #gratitude to the people who do it. By celebrating success, we reinforce the #motivation that will carry us through the next achievement. This is important for you individually as well as for your #organization. Take the time to step back and recognize the effort that went into achieving that big success or even a modest win, and do it authentically. You’ve probably seen the “going through the motions” type of celebrations in work environments that result in more rolled eyes than actual pride. Make sure you #celebrate immediately and in a meaningful way. Be specific about what was accomplished, how it made a #contribution, and why it’s important. At IBEM we always celebrate success, its important to have the #humanexperience and have some fun!

This week's 'Thursday's Thought' is one that I feel transcends purely a sporting record, and shines a light on true grit, determination, resilience, and belief. Attributes we can all learn from. Overnight Sir Mark Cavendish KBE (Cav) broke the long-standing record for the most Tour De France (TDF) stage wins (35), previously held by Eddy Merckx. Now this is not only a sporting 'win' but, when you begin to understand Cav's journey, one that has overcome more than most Athletes.. Cav won his first TDF stage back in 2008, and across his career has 165 professional wins, including World Championships on the Road and the Track. Alongside his wins, he has had to overcome two bouts of Epstein–Barr virus (EBV), and numerous injuries that kept him from breaking this record. Now none of us are Cav, but why I chose this as my weekly post, is that in our own careers we are identified as being talented early in our pathway, just as Cav's early Coaches and Mentors saw such talent. The support of those around us, that can see our potential, is another parallel with Elite Athletes, and when times get tough, when we have set backs, like Athletes we double down and 'get back in the saddle' in our work. We may not ever stand on the top step of the dais, or wear the rainbow or green jersey, but once again we can all learn from Athletes like Cav and try to get to the line first, in our own race; with grit, determination, resilience, and belief. Chapeau Cav, chapeau. #athletewellbeingandengagement #grit #determination #resilience #belief #careers #careerdevelopment #support #talentidentification #eliteperformence

Great to see the power of qualifications in real terms.
"My BTEC level 3 extended diploma in IT opened so many doors for me professionally and personally. Significantly, it saw me compete in my first regional WorldSkills UK competition. With the registration period now open for this year, I wanted to share my experiences in the hope that more young people can benefit from taking part in WorldSkills UK Competitions." A brilliant article by Lewis Newton. Inspiring to read how our competitions have positively impacted Lewis's personal development and career. Lewis also emphasises the importance of encouraging more young people to enter the 2024 National Competitions, which close on 28 March, so don't miss out! https://lnkd.in/ebAqifva Read the full article here: https://lnkd.in/eaq2TG-b FE Week

🚀 **Embracing the Journey: Lessons from Gareth Southgate and the England Football Team** 🚀 As we reflect on the journey of Gareth Southgate and the England football team, there's a profound lesson in their relentless pursuit of a major trophy. Despite the heartbreaks and near misses, their story is one of resilience, determination, and the unwavering belief that success is just around the corner. 🏆 **Persistence Overcomes All Obstacles** 🏆 It's easy to get disheartened when the ultimate goal seems just out of reach. Yet, Southgate and his team exemplify the importance of never giving up. They remind us that: - **Consistency**: Continually showing up and giving your best effort, day in and day out, is crucial. - **Determination**: Even when the odds are stacked against you, it's your inner drive that pushes you forward. - **Mindset**: Cultivating a winning mindset means embracing challenges, learning from failures, and always striving for excellence. These principles apply not just to football but to every aspect of our lives. Whether you're aiming to achieve a personal milestone, advance in your career, or conquer a new challenge, it's this unyielding spirit that propels you forward. 🌟 **Dream Big and Dare to Succeed** 🌟 It's only through stepping outside our comfort zones and daring to dream that we open the door to incredible opportunities. Just like the England team, we might face setbacks, but it's the courage to keep going that defines our journey. So, let's take inspiration from Southgate and his squad. Let's continue to push our boundaries, stay consistent, and maintain a positive mindset. Because success is not just about the final achievement—it's about the journey, the growth, and the unwavering belief that one day, we too will lift our version of the cup. #NeverGiveUp #Resilience #Determination #WinningMindset #DreamBig #SuccessJourney #UEFA #Football #GarethSouthgate #England

How Lewis Hamilton's Journey Can Inspire Your Job Search Recently, I was introduced to F1 by my superior. Today, I saw a lot of excitement in the F1 community about Lewis Hamilton's victory at the British Grand Prix. As a job seeker in the international market, his journey really inspired me. Success doesn't come overnight; it requires patience and hard work. Here are some key takeaways from Hamilton's journey that resonate with me: - Never Give Up: Hamilton ended a 56-race streak without a win. - Breaking Records: He now has 104 victories and is the first to win the same race nine times. - Consistency is Key: 12 consecutive podiums at Silverstone. - Experience is important but learning attitude matter:Victory after 344 starts. - Age is Just a Number:Oldest driver to win an F1 race in the 21st century. - Longevity in Success: Winning in 16 different seasons. Hamilton's journey reminds me that with passion, resilience, and relentless pursuit of our goals, we can achieve greatness in our careers. #Inspiration #CareerGoals #Perseverance #LewisHamilton #JobSeekers #Motivation #NeverGiveUp #F1

Why was the talk with Mika Hakkinen 3 days ago so important to me? Well, it came as an unexpected inspiration, which resulted in at least 3 insights: 1) He approached an hard F1 come-back after a major accident in 1995. While I can relate to an traumatic event from my own experience, he did this within the age of 27. Nothing but huge respect for that level of maturity and mental strenght!; 2) He wasn´t able to win an F1 Grand Prix for 7 years (!) - it was very interesting to hear about his collaboration with family members, co-workers, supervisors, psychologists and mental coaches to overcome all burdens on that hard path. What a lecture on consistency, determination and believing in the long-term vision - for such a long time period!; 3) He is so "down to Earth" - not only a cool guy who is "just worried about his hair cut" :). His honest humility was felt immediately. I guess a dose of humility is needed for an open approach, in order to stay curious and learn something new every day. His story wasn’t just about physical recovery - it highlighted the mental resilience to overcome fear and keep moving forward despite adversity. In business, setbacks are inevitable, but Mika’s journey shows that true resilience is about turning challenges into opportunities for growth. I believe his example can inspire us to stay focused, draw strength from our teams, and remain committed to our goals, no matter the obstacles. For someone who has admired Formula 1 since childhood, Mika’s message on resilience and mental strength was a highlight of the event - and a lesson I’ll keep reflecting on it. Thank you very much once again to #McLaren & #DPWorld for making this memorable experience possible!
