Hi, I'm Claudia and this is my tech. Takes a break. My background is corporate so I have a 20 plus years career in the executive board of telecommunications company internationally and 7-8 years ago I decided I wanted to do something more. I want to contribute to a better future for all of us and ventured out to discover where can I contribute and this is when I started. To study social innovation and discovered ways of how to use my knowledge to contribute to global challenges. My main job currently is I'm the managing director of a digital platform that raises funds for nonprofit organizations. But I also run sustainable mobile operator in Germany and Austria and they do consulting projects in the field of sustainability and technology. The sentence that like is my mission is contributing or shaping. Positive tomorrow and there are many ways of doing that and my goal is contribute to fair and green planet for all of us. The most rewarding aspects of my work are that I really get the feeling that what I do changes something and you're for example, very proud that we managed to generate 250,000 good deeds in the past three years for people in need. Currently, for example, we are discovering how AI can be used to. Make. Fundraising in the nonprofit world more efficient, so we do a lot of research into how AI can be used to optimise the processes in fundraising and make them more efficient and on the other hand, make the donor experience nicer for the donor. The biggest advice I give, and this is also something I give to my kids, I have two boys, teenage boys, is stay open minded and have a growth mindset. So be ready to change to adapt to. Experiment and try to enjoy it. Don't focus too much on the content, but focus on the attitude. Try to like, work on your mindset because that's the most important things. My latest passion basically is the topic of AI literacy. The issue is the knowledge of technology is concentrated in a privileged bubble. And technology will affect all of us. And the danger we have is that we let create our future by a few privileged people. Our message is get involved now, discuss, see something is happening, learn what's going on and bring it to the agenda with your friends, with your dinner tables. And we published one of our books recently. There were some kids from the neighbouring school where our reading took place and they were asking about technology and what it will mean. For them and then they went to their classroom and shared it and I think. This was the best moment for me in this book reading. What made me start writing actually is that I see our world is facing a lot of challenges. There is climate change, there was the pandemic when we started writing, There is social injustice and all these things are are touching me, my heart and if you don't like. Get into the topic, you might be overwhelmed with fear, but I'm an optimist. And for me, the process of writing a book is helping me to digest all the things that are happening out there and come up in discussions with various people with solutions. And seeing that there are solutions out there to our challenges makes me really happy and makes me positive. And actually writing those books for me is really a process of getting to know a subject, taking away the fear, and taking an optimist outlook on the future. My favorite passage from the book actually is credits in the beginning to our amazing children, Arthur, Carla, Yuno Lewis. May they grow up in a world that manages to achieve health, wealth and well-being for all. And I think this captures very well why we wrote these books, to make sure our kids grow up in a world that works for them still and not just for us. Let's take a break. Can I get a coffee?
