Star Wars: Heroes - Episode IV takes us 30 years later, where TK-215 and TK-588, now aging, are recalled by the First Order. After decades of spending peaceful days on Tatooine, they once again find themselves assigned to an equally insignificant task: guarding a new gate on Starkiller Base, right in the middle of the freezing snow. As the universe seems to repeat history, with new heroes and a conflict eerily reminiscent of the one they've already experienced, they can't help but criticize and mock the endless cycles between good and evil. wrong. This episode plays on a more cynical humor, tackling with derision the repetition of events in the galaxy, while echoing the criticisms of the new trilogy, with the same offbeat spirit that characterizes this series. This silly little scene is our submission for the Honkai: Star Rail Dive Into Dreams 3D Render Challenge. It was a collaborative project between me and my friends Mohamed Hadiri, who did a lot of the props in the scene, and Orest B., who did most of the architecture. Among other things, I was mainly responsible for art direction and lighting. The goal was to get as close to the original art style of the game as possible within the limitations of Unreal Engine 5. Unfortunately, our entry was not selected as a finalist, but it gave us a chance to polish a few areas that we were unable to finish in time. Pom-Pom's model as well as the background music used in the video are property of HoYoverse, everything else was done by us. We sincerely hope that you enjoy the final result!
