1. 2004 - 3CDC is formed and begins it's work. 2. 2006 - Fountain Square's renovation is completed. 3. 2006 - 2010 - Gateway Quarter Projects start to come online. 4. 2012 - Washington Park's reimagination is completed. 5. 2012 - 21c Museum Hotels -Cincinnati opens to the public. 6. 2013 - 3CDC develops Boca, Sotto, and Igby's 7. 2014 - The first two phases of Mercer Commons are unveiled. 8. 2015 - 3CDC develops the new 84.51˚ headquarters. 9. 2015 - Homeless to Homes plan comes to fruition. 10. 2016 - Central Parkway YMCA is updated and enhanced.
