Sharing my experience for my career path starting from my University time. Having business venture and helping my parent to their night shop during my study allows me to have multiple type of habits and mindset. Some of items that I sell, Toys, Handbags, Undergarment, Printing Services, and Leather accessories. It helps to boost my confident level despite talking about sensitive stuff with other people. (Just imaging me selling undergarment, women handbad to women) I also work occasionally as rider+kitchen+cashier+cleaner part time at Burgerking franchise near Subang area. A few falls, hectic hours, and short timeline give me ability to be highly efficient in short period of time and think creatively while familiarize with the SOP. (You will really enjoy my burger. I'm very generous). Due to some circumstances, I have to repeat a few subject during my study and I have a semester gap. Deciding to take industrial training under Clariant Oils Services give me a good exposure to corporate world as accounting trainee (I'm Biotech graduate with not science related internship). Learning accounting from my supervisor and involve in audit give me a new area of exposure that give a lot of satisfactions (Anybody that play with numbers will know). Upon graduation, I have a few unsuccessful interview and happens to join a scam company before I joined SL1M program under Kelly Services as Recruiter which begin my recruitment career. Starting as SL1M trainee, then, I was absorbed permanently as Business Support and place for a few RPO project at client office before finally absorbed as Associate Consultant. However, in year 2020, I decide to take a career break due to business opportunity. Which I believe it might be my break. A lot of up and down but it really give me a lot of personal improvement and maturity in term of work culture. Not only that, it allows me to be self discipline because my earning highly depends on how much business I make. Unfortunately, after 2 years surviving with multiple business and part times, I decide to return to recruitment world. Three interviews land me 3 job offers and I decide to proceed with Quess Global as recruitment consultant. This job give me a fresh back experience and a room to explore multiple ideas in recruitment and a lot of it works which allows me to help a number of people to get a job at that time. It also helps me to meet a lot of great people with great personality (Really enjoy my job there). Within a year in Quess, a few agencies has approach me and I decide to make a move to Adecco after 1 year in Quess, hope that I will get a different kinds of exposure as staffing consultant (hiring for contract staff majoring in white collar engineering). Hope from my sharing, all of you job seeker will never give up in your job search. You never know your path, but you can plan. However, God's plan is always the greatest. -->openings--> https://lnkd.in/gRkzM8Kx -->tips--> https://lnkd.in/gRkzM8Kx

🌟 Empowering Fresh Talent: A Call to Companies 🌟 In today's dynamic job market, freshers often face a challenging dilemma: needing experience to land a job but struggling to gain that experience without opportunities. It's time for companies to recognize this reality and embrace a more inclusive approach to hiring. Instead of expecting candidates to have all the skills and experience upfront, let's prioritize potential, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn. By providing entry-level positions, internships, and mentorship programs, companies can empower fresh talent to thrive and contribute meaningfully to their teams. Together, let's create a culture of support and growth, where every individual has the opportunity to succeed, regardless of their level of experience. #EmpowerFreshTalent #InclusiveHiring #CareerDevelopment #OpportunityForAll

Unlocking Opportunities: The Power of Entry-Level Graduate Jobs As recent graduates, stepping into the professional world can be both exciting and daunting. Entry-level jobs are the gateway to launching your career, designed specifically for those of us with fresh perspectives and untapped potential. These roles focus on skill development, emphasizing essential soft skills like communication and problem-solving. Titles like "graduate trainee," "junior analyst," and "associate" aren't just job descriptions; they represent a foundation for growth. However, concerns arise when entry-level positions require 2 or 3 years of experience: ❗ Misleading Job Titles: It creates confusion about what "entry-level" truly means, discouraging qualified candidates. ❗ Exclusivity: Such requirements can disproportionately exclude recent graduates and those pivoting careers, reinforcing barriers to employment. ❗ Lack of Opportunity: It limits chances for young professionals, narrowing the talent pool for employers. ❗ Skill Development Gaps: Candidates miss out on essential training and development that entry-level roles are meant to provide. ❗ Perception of Employers: It can create a negative impression, suggesting a lack of understanding of the challenges faced by new entrants to the job market. Let’s embrace the opportunities that entry-level roles provide and advocate for clarity and fairness in job requirements to help foster a more inclusive workforce! #CareerDevelopment #EntryLevelJobs #RecentGraduates #ProfessionalGrowth

A Call for Change in the Hiring Process: Recruiters often look for a 100% match with the job role and expect candidates to meet all expectations perfectly, even for interns, trainees, and entry-level positions. But shouldn't they also value dedication, eagerness to learn, and potential for growth? Interns and entry-level candidates apply for jobs to learn and gain practical experience. They might not meet every requirement perfectly, but their willingness to learn and grow should be recognized. Instead of rejecting candidates for not being perfect fits, we should focus on their potential and provide the necessary training and guidance. Rejecting candidates without feedback can lead to demotivation and discouragement. It's time we rethink our hiring processes and consider the long-term value that enthusiastic and dedicated candidates can bring. Compassion and guidance can turn eager learners into valuable assets. Let's make a positive change in our hiring practices and support those who show potential and willingness to grow. #Hiring #Recruitment #CareerGrowth #JobSeekers #HR #HiringPractices #SupportAndGuide
