As an Human Resource people Management person what I have observed "When you know what somebody is looking for , you can talk the language they want to hear " So, from now on listen carefully what people say, watch with great interest what they do and asks lots of questions . Make an effort to find out WHAT PEOPLE WANT and then use it to influence them 🙂
