Flipping and doubling surfaces
- [Instructor] Every object in ZBrush is made up of polygons which are flat squares or triangles. These polygons have a front side and a back side. The front side is always visible but the back side can be visible or invisible. Every once in a while you may find that the side that is the front side and the side that you think is the front side are not the same. Or you might want to switch whether the back side is visible or not. So let's see how it all works. So I've got the Hank model here and I have the eyebrows selected and let's go into solo mode just to make this easier to see. Let's just say we want to turn this into a unibrow. So one way you could go about doing this is by masking off one side of this and then we could go and mask the other side off and then we could delete the part that's not masked by going to Visibility, Hide PT, and then Geometry, and Del Hidden, and then we could bridge the gap here.
