- [Instructor] I assume that people who are going to use my templates want to create beautiful documents. And part of my job is to make that as easy for them as I can. Now that I have fine tuned this style set and I know that if my user changes their theme, or changes the style set that it's going to really impact how this report looks. I want to lock those features down. To do that, I'm going to click the application launcher. That's that downward pointed arrow in the lower right hand corner of the styles group on the home tab, and that is going to open up the styles pane. In the styles pane, there are several buttons and on the far right side I have a button for manage styles. It has four tabs, edit, recommend, restrict is the tab we want. And turn on both block theme or scheme switching and block switching to a different style set. Click OK and when you do this and go to the design tab, and your users can't change the…
