Managing users, groups, and devices in Azure AD
- [Instructor] If you're just starting out in a network administrator position, you won't be in charge of setting up Azure Active Directory. However, you may be expected to know a little about managing users and groups and where to locate devices. If you'd like to follow along with me here, you'll want to sign up for a free trial of Azure Active Directory for Microsoft's evaluation center shown here. Once you've signed up and logged in, work through the processes required to create an Azure Active Directory. Once that's done, you can begin creating and managing users, groups, and devices. Here's the overview page for my fictional Azure Active Directory setup. As you can see here, there are only two users for now, but it's easy to add and manage others. To add a user, click add, user. Type your user information. I'll type JBallew and input my full name here. You can also add the user to a group or change the user's role.…
