So instilling good habits, you know, how do we correct it? A couple of things that people can do with overspending is using really a budgeting app. There's lots of apps out there that are free and will track your spending so that you are alerted to areas where you're spending, so that's visually seeing it. So that's a huge step to visually see and track where your money's going. Using the word, 'no', both internally and to others can be very difficult, can be very challenging. So you have to be able to learn to draw that line and figure out what's going on. Therapy counseling are ways to to help and assist with that. If you're overspending, why? Why are you overspending? What has developed that habit? Is it image? Are you looking to be liked? Are you looking to be part of a group? Do you want to have the fancy lapel or label or designer, you know, whatever it is.
