Welcome to the first chapter of Tableau, Mastering Calculations. Before we get started, please go to the project files of this course and download the TWBX file titled KinetEco.twbx, if you haven't already. This is the workbook we will use in the upcoming videos. Let me walk you through how to use the workbook. In the workbook, I have already added the KinetEco data source. This is the only data source we will be using throughout the course. The fields are sorted into three folders; sales, inventory, and customers. Take a moment to familiarize yourself with the data. Of course, you will be adding plenty of fields as well. After all, that is why you are taking this course. Those will show up outside of the existing folders below everything else. Ah, but what about this other folder right at the top? I'm glad you asked.
