Managing receivables and payables overview
- [Speaker] In this chapter, we're going to be talking about managing receivables and payables. Managing receivables includes creating estimates, creating invoices, receiving payments from those invoices, adjusting invoices through a credit memo and eventually creating a customer statement so your customer understands what they bought from you and how much they owe you. Managing payables means creating vendor bills, tracking payments against those bills and using vendor credits to adjust those accounts payable or those bill balances. Now let's get started.
