And yes, it's important to know how to safely climb a ladder, and to know which type of shoe is safest to wear on a slippery factory floor. But if you compare the risks, chronic stress at work is the biggest occupational hazard of them. Amy Edmondson, Professor at Harvard Business School says that, "Psychological safety refers to a climate in which people are comfortable being, and expressing themselves." On the flip side.
