Deciding which finding to implement first can be quite challenging, but luckily there is a straightforward method to help you out when it comes to prioritization. Effort versus Value matrix is one of the most valuable tools for prioritizing UX audit findings. This matrix helps you assess each recommendation you give based on two key factors. The effort required to implement the change and the value it delivers to users and your business. Effort refers to how difficult or time-consuming it is to make the recommended change. The effort can be either high, medium, or low, and is usually shown on a horizontal axis of the matrix.
