Another way to prepare for your UX audit is to analyze quantitative data. Quantitative data refers to numbers and metrics that can give you valuable insights into how users interact with your product, revealing behavior patterns and user preferences. Quantitative data usually involves an average time spent on pages, page views, clicks and buttons and features, and heatmaps which show where users interact the most on the page. All of this data provides concrete evidence of user interactions within your website or application. You can measure this data with different online tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and more. So let me share key quantitative metrics that I usually use to prepare for the UX audit. The first metric is average time spent on pages, and this metric tells us how long on average users stay on specific pages.
