- Reframing is something we see everywhere. It's used in conflict resolution to help each side understand each other's perspectives and then find a common ground. It's used in comedy to laugh at situations we may not want to discuss and to make them funny rather than scary. It's used by psychologists to help people manage their anxiety and see scary situations in an different light, making them not scary. And it's used by salespeople to change the way a prospect perceives a product they feel negatively about. "Too expensive. Not what we need. Too hard to implement. Untrustworthy." whatever the objection is, it can be reframed. And that is what I'm here to teach you. Hi, I'm Miles and I'm a sales coach to help us both new and existing salespeople achieve more. I have a decade of experience in selling and reframing is a technique. I was incredibly interested in.
