Get file insights and create an FAQ from Copilot
- [Instructor] While sharing a file from OneDrive, you may want to provide a summary about the file's contents. If your Microsoft 365 account includes a Copilot license, you can ask for AI assistance with summarizing that file. Let's start by hovering over the file that we want to share. Then we'll select the circle to the left, and select Share from the ribbon above. Here within the Share area, you can include the names of who you're going to share this with, but for now, let's focus on creating that summary. So this is where you could manually type a summary, or any other information that you want to send along with this file invitation. But instead, in the lower right corner, where this Copilot icon is, notice when I hover over it, we get Insert file summary with Copilot. Let's select that. We get a notification that it's creating the summary. And here it is. Look at this. Several sentences that do a great job of including an overall summary of the file contents. Copilot looked…
