- [Instructor] Up to this point our logo animation has looked like this. And in an earlier movie we animated the tagline. So what we can do is take our top layer here, manipulate the mask so that we're just showing the logo type. And then turn on this layer where we've got the tagline animated and just take a look at what we've got. So as we play through you can see now we've got that tagline being animated in and it's looking pretty good. However, we can take this a bit further by revealing the logo type, using shape layers. So let's just jump into this starting composition. Now here's our Logo-Reference, I'm just going to turn that off, and we'll focus on this, the word RED for now. Let's zoom in, and we'll grab a Pen tool which is up here. And what I want to do is just deselect this, this layer here. So there's nothing selected. So that when I do create a new layer, it will be a brand new shape layer, and not adding…
