- [Instructor] If you're looking for a specific old message, the search tool can help you find it. Located in the top middle of the window is the command box. This does more than searching, but we'll just use the search feature for now. I want to find a conversation where I was talking about the masthead graphic, so I can click on the search field, type in the word masthead, hit the return key to see the search results. Now you can choose whether you want it to only search through chats, or channels in teams, or you can set it to only search for files, or you can have it search through all of your messages. I'll choose messages, and here are two messages. One message in a team channel and one from a private chat. You could click on it to go to that message, or you can point at it and click this reply button to reply to that message directly. But of course, this can search through more than just messages.
