Use chats for private messages

- [Speaker] The group conversations that happen in Team channels are visible to all members of that team. But to send a private message to specific people, you can use the chat feature. In the sidebar on the left, I'll click the chat button to switch to the chat category. And the first column here shows a list of recent chats that you've had and you can continue conversations from here. But let's start on new chat. I'll click the compose button up at the top and in the recipient field, I can start typing in the name of somebody in my organization it found him, so I can select his name here. Now in the case of Stewart, we have had a conversation in the past, so it remembers that chat history. I can click here where it says, show hidden chat history, and it adds that conversation here on the left, and I can click on that to continue with that conversation. Or if you compose a message to somebody you haven't communicated with before, this chat conversation will be empty. And, of course…
