- [Instructor] Graphical reports can display project information in easy-to-digest charts, tables, and text. They're easy to run and you can modify them to show the information that you want. So let's go to the Report tab. I'm going to click Dashboards and choose Cost Overview. Notice, when I run a graphical report, we get the tab Report Design up in the ribbon. With this, you can change the theme for the report. You can select colors, fonts, and effects. You can insert new charts, tables, text boxes, even images and shapes. But before we do anything else, I'm going to click Manage and choose Rename Report. That opens up the Rename dialogue box, and that's not really the correct name for this command, because we're not renaming this report; we're actually creating a copy of it with a new name. So let's add Baseline 1 to the report name and then click OK. So now that we have this copy of the report, let's go ahead and make some changes to it. The first thing I'm going to do is, I'm…
