Set up your project calendar
- [Instructor] Calendars in project define the days and times that people work. A project calendar defines the working and non-working time for your entire project. But you can also create additional calendars, to define other work schedules, such as shift work. To work on calendars, head to the project tab on the ribbon, then click, change working time. That opens up the change working time dialogue box. We're going to start up at the top. The for calendar box shows the calendar that you're working on. Right now it's displaying the project calendar, and it's the built-in, standard calendar that comes with project. That's why it says standard, and then in parentheses, project calendar. So this is the calendar that applies to the entire project. If you look at the calendar itself, in the middle of the dialogue box, you can see the days and times within this month.
