Print views and reports
- In project, you can print views and reports to distribute to stakeholders, management and team members. You can also pace the contents of project views and reports into other programs. Well, let's start with the graphical report that we're looking at. Let's say that you want to print this report. To do that, go to the file tab and then click print. When you do that, you'll see a preview of the report on the right hand side, and then you can select options on the left. So for example, you could choose the printer that you want to use. You could specify whether to print selected dates or you could print the entire project. You can also choose the report orientation for the page or the paper size. Then when you're ready and you've set all your options, just click the print button. Now let's go back to the report. You can also copy parts or all of a graphical report to another program. So let's say that I want to copy this chart in the cost overview report and I want to paste it…
