- [Instructor] Workloads have to be just right to build a realistic schedule. You want to keep your team members busy without burning them out. Project has views and other features that help you find overallocations that you need to resolve. We're going to start with the Gantt chart and the entry table. The entry table has an indicators column just to the right of the task IDs. And you'll notice in this project, there are some icons that are red and they look like a person. Well, if you point at those icons, it will say this task has overallocated resources. I'm going to select the task, so I can click in that row and then on the task tab, click scroll to task. In the time scale, we can see the assignments. So it's pretty clear. It's the office manager because there are two tasks at the same time. So the thing is, you can tell which tasks have overallocations, but it's not really easy to see which resources are overallocated. There's another view that's more helpful for that. So on…
