Create a manually scheduled task
- [Instructor] Creating a manually scheduled task is easy. Set the task mode to manually scheduled, name the task and fill in the information you have. The task bars change based on which values you've entered. So we're going to add some manually scheduled tasks to this short task list. The first thing we're going to do, is head down to the status bar, and where it says new tasks auto scheduled, click that and choose manually scheduled. Now we're going to create a new manually scheduled task, and I'm going to insert it into this task list. So click row three, identify potential sites to select that task. Then we can go up to the task tab, head over to the insert section, toward the right side of the ribbon, and click the top half of the task button. That inserts a new task into the list. It's named new task, so we're going to give it a name, "Review requirements with management." And you'll notice that the icon in the task mode cell is a push pin with a question mark. The push pin…
