- The next AI Builder model type we're going to work with is the customized version of the category classification model. Both the customized version and the pre built version of this model are still in preview. Category classification, which used to be called text classification is used to tag or classify text for analysis. By doing this, we provide some structure for what would otherwise be soft data. So if we have, for example, survey results, if we have information that we collected during intake and referral or other routing processes that we have, if we have comments that we obtained on our website, if we have information that we wrote up after visits with customers, all of this is text that could be classified.
