    Making a change from individual contributor to manager role is a thrilling and demanding experience. Having to be a manager gives the chance to shape the success and direction of the team. Moreover, it enables to mentor team members and support their individual development including communication and dispute resolution. However, this position also carries more responsibility, and it can be intimidating to feel compelled to meet team objectives. All in all, accepting the challenges and objectives, it can help gain a successful leader, thus this change can present a great chance for both professional and personal development.
