Copy and move files or folders
- Copying and moving files from one folder to another on your storage drive is key to getting your files organized. I'm starting in this folder, in the exercise files called photos. And in another video we made these folders called Italy and Switzerland. Those are going to help me get more organized and to start Florence is in Italy. So I'd like to move the Florence folder into the Italy folder. And one easy way to do that is to drag it. I can place my mouse cursor on that item, hold the mouse button down, drag it to the destination and let go. And it's been moved from the original location to the destination, but a lot of these other folders also belong in Italy. So you might want to move multiple items at the same time. One way to do that would be to click on one item to select it, then hold the command key. And as you're holding the command key, click on another and another and another, then you can let go of the…
