    Much of this looks like a fusion of the old BASIC language and Visual C# (or C C ++, Visual Basic,,.) that I have used. Makes me wonder why it was created and what value does it have over the other languages? Maybe add a little history or backstop on the language.

    I enjoyed this. I've tweaked existing Python programs before (more of a copy and paste kind of thing), but this has helped me to understand the structure, and how functions work.

    The course is good overall, but variables aren't explained and its explanation is skipped. Python documentation is recommended for the exercises, which are too advanced considering the course explanation level.
