The aspects about JIRA which I like the most are as follows: 1) Due to the customization that it provides, whenever a CPI case or ticket is registered by the Service Team or Production Team, they need to provide with the exact details of the problem / issue in the product along with the supporting documents like images, which thus defines the problem in great detail. 2) Another feature which is very much useful is the feature of linking one CPI case to another CPI case as there may be cases when there are some dependencies or sometimes solving one CPI case may automatically solve the other CPI. So, all these cases can be handled perfectly. 3) It helps in tracking the status of each CPI ticket, and along with that it allows me to put comments to ask any clarifying questions. We can also assign any participants in case we need any help from other engineers.
