Creating markups that become action items
- As we continue to discuss studio sessions, you're hopefully beginning to see the power of combining the Cloud storage features of projects and the collaboratory features of sessions with all the ways that we can markup and comment on things like our construction drawings and other project documents. Let's now take a look at what happens when I'm logged in to studio sessions and I add a markup that I need to reply to. First, note that users in sessions cannot edit or move another user's markups. So that's really handy for keeping control of your documents but you can reply to a comment or markup by right clicking on the markup and selecting reply. So, if I choose one of these markups and I click on Reply, I get a dialogue box that does let me reply to anyone else's comment and I can also find that down here in the markup log by right clicking a markup and choosing Reply.
