- [Instructor] Here are the second half of the 15 ITIL Four Practices covered at the ITIL Foundation Level. Note how Deployment Management has been separated in the ITIL Four Practice, where it was combined in the Release and Deployment Management process in ITIL V3. Let's have a look at these remaining nine ITIL Four practices. Practice number seven in ITIL Four is Service Configuration Management, which is roughly analogous to the ITIL V3 Service Asset and Configuration Management process. ITIL Four practice number eight is Release Management, which is roughly analogous to the Deployment portion of the ITIL V3 Release and Deployment Management process. Practice number nine in ITIL Four is Continual Improvement, which is roughly analogous to the ITIL V3 Continual Service Improvement process.
